We seek to deploy a framework based on data obtained by PHENOM users that will enable real-time, global C3 (Command, Control and Collaboration) for the exploration of Unexplained Phenomena, such as UFO/UAP sightings, Paranormal activities and Cryptid discoveries . And through such, provide education, exposure and experience in what we uncover.
WHY?
For those who have seen Unexplained Phenomena, they still require validation, and for those (Skeptics) who have not seen one, to do so.
How are things done today?
Things are done in a rather crude and ad hoc fashion. Collection is usually done by individuals who are not trained observers and without specialized equipment to properly document an event or capture the ancillary information required for reporting via standards.
What is new in your approach?
Phenom is designed to advance the collection strategy by crowdsourcing the masses by notifying them of a real-time sighting or event, so that the masses participate in the sighting as well, but can also collect valuable information to assist in the validation of a sighting. Through user participation and 3D triangulation, of the users we shall geolocate the object of interest, and with the more participants, our geolocational accuracy shall increase.
We shall also provide a web-based GIS/Analytical workstation for the analysis of all information collected Data Captured: Image/Video, Date/time/group, GPS Location, magnetic deviation, approx altitude, weather information and much more….. Allowing us to collect the maximum amount of data possible.
Who cares?
For now……… those that had a sighting or experienced an event
with proper documented evidence……..THE WORLD.
What difference will it make?
It will literally answer the questions: “are we alone in the Universe and what more is there to the Universe?”
What is the Goal?
To provide enough documented evidence to say “No we are not alone in the universe and yes there is much more to the universe than ever imagined.”
